Charmoula Sauce

Charmoula Sauce From the Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen

3 Tbs. finely chopped Cilantro
3 Tbs. finely chopped Parsley
1 med. Lemon juiced
2 lg. garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. gr. cumin
pinch sugar to taste
Fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup EVOO

puree in food processor or just mix up.
